For the time I have worked with Tsebo had a great expirience but would recommend the group to take their stuff to school for being an asset in their company
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Normal hours
It's a good company but the culture and the management is very unappreciative and dismissive. Working long hours but don't get acknowledged for it and salary wise it's not sufficient for the work you do.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Very long hours
One would work alone with no relievers or a partner,to help serve hospital patients. There is no salary, but hourly paid. I used to work night shifts,of which some of the benefits were not met. The working conditions are very poor
Pros
We would have lunch if the food is there
Cons
We worked 12 hours a day
Tsebo was both challenging and a fun experience. I say challenging because the work environment is very busy and fast paced.there was free lunch daily
Pros
Free lunch everyday
Cons
Low salary
Its a good company when it comes to growth and it offers trainings, it does register its people. They have benefits, and good working hours. Overtime
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Normal hours
It is one of the biggest companies in South Africa and it's internationally recognised, although covid 19 affected Hospitality and Tourism industry as wholeðŸ˜,Wich led to our retrenchment and it wasn't easy to accept that..but benefits were not such bad..it's a loyal and trustworthy company indeed.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
8-9 hours per shifts
It has been a great honour to work for tsebo company because they make sure everything is going well and you do your job the way you should tsebo encouraged me of cleanness

Tsebo company is a big company which caters for a variety of departments, but unfortunately where I was or the management I was under proved to be nothing but an unbearable experience. Where supervisor had favorites who never did wrong in their eyes. The communication was bad we had no employeer employee rerelationship
Pros

Cons
No leaders, but dictator
All in all a decent company to work for.
Work started very early but it was fast paced so the day went quickly.
Great people and fun atmosphere
The hardest part was travelling around the site to all the different tuck-shops, especially when it came to lockdown.

My job was brielent I know what I was doing when I clean, floors, toilet, restaurant, cinema, hosting event, Walls, windows, shelfs, lettering dusbins,
It's a well known company in africa for cleaning , catering and so on it's a good company which I will like to work for it again if I have been given a chance.
You work under a lot of pressure, stress. You have to put in all your efforts to please the client you need to have that relationship with your client make sure that there are no complaints against you. The worst part of the job is that when the client complained about the way you cleaned their room and they will shout at you and still you have to apologize for it even though it was not your fault. Management only wants good results results(I
Fast pace, well organized and executed operation. Highly skilled leaders, to flood your brain with daily techniques, informations and tricks of the trade. Management are true leaders. Culture of the operation is clear, with an goal path identified in every operation/ unit. The hardest part of the job is to maintain the pace of excellence achieved daily :)
If you are a hard worker, eager learner, the best part of your career is the growth and opportunities available around you.
Working at this company is great.
It is a comfortable and safe space. Employers and employees make you feel welcome and the salary is fair. Company always sticks to its policies.
They don't like to be questioned. I work because I have bills to pay, otherwise they don't care about their staff at all. salary is not good at all, there's no communication between management and staff
Salary very poor; No intellectual growth, no communication, nothing.
They lost the tender as predicted 15 years ago.
No training for a better job. No career guidance.
Pros
None
Cons
