Great heads of department and staff have a great attitude to work. The work home balance is very good and you get most public holiday off. Area managers are fantastic

Yeah it's, it's a good company to work for. Free lunch, good hours, good work life balance. Just bonuses are not every year, that's the only downfall.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Staff problems

A day could consist of many different jobs from cooking, functions, presentations, training, admin or staff issues. I’ve learned great time management and how to deal with staff on an irregular basis. My management are a good team with good focus, my mentor has been an inspiration. The hardest part of my job is dealing with low paid staff that doesn’t want to contribute to a safe and happy working environment. The most enjoyable part of my job is doing large functions for over a 1000 or large plated functions for over 900. Also the kitchen fun between a large group of executive chefs and trained professionals on large functions.
Pros
Being able to teach people, advancing management skills
Cons
Difficult low paid staff, not much base unit skill.
