Tsebo company is a big company which caters for a variety of departments, but unfortunately where I was or the management I was under proved to be nothing but an unbearable experience. Where supervisor had favorites who never did wrong in their eyes. The communication was bad we had no employeer employee rerelationship

You have to put in all your efforts to please the client you need to have that relationship with your client make sure that there are no complaints against you. The worst part of the job is that when the client complained about the way you cleaned their room and they will shout at you and still you have to apologize for it even though it was not your fault. They don't like to be questioned. I work because I have bills to pay, otherwise they don't care about their staff at all. salary is not good at all, there's no communication between management and staff
Good Company, just need to improve on employment of people of colour in management positions, improving on empowerment of staff is paramount to the group's perception because mostly people leave because they feel un appreciated and go work where they feel appreciated by management even if it means less benefits.
Overall not so glamorous as they make it seem to be. Working environment was great but salaries unequal. Management can get rid of people who question their integrity and frame them. And bring in their friends and families. Bonuses are not paid to everyone. Bonuses are not paid to everyone.
They are a reasonable company who needs to look more into their staff and change certain things in the workplace

My review is highly based on the management point of view. Although I was a junior manager, I found the senior manegers very friendly and eager to assist whenever I've got a challenge.
The company has atleast good job work/life balance but the problem is the management, Racism is way too much
There are hectic days but manageble, i've gained some cooking skills and stock taking, sales control and food cost, i enjoy working for the company bt the treatment from management to the workers is completely so irritating, its differrent ...we are divided in the unity ...we are not unite at all
Start of with taking over from the night staff if there was any chllenges. Learn how to use new equipment on a regular basis. Work close with management.. Always report to management if any problems. Hardest part of my job is mis communication. Most enjoyable thing is challenges is face.
My day starts at 6.00 am as the people i work with are already on the road (drivers) , i allocate for each driver work that needs to be done for the day . i pull a report from the system of the work done for the previous day and compile a report , attend to any maintenance and repairs issues of the vehicles the drivers are using. pull out tracker reports and report any irregularity( private trips) to the managers support the drivers with regards to the system they use to complete their daily tasks allocated to them.

A Lot of fun in the work field and I learned a lot of things, eg being a quality leader and be a productive team player. What a great management they have and this is where my management qualities and skills grew. When we have to work long hours on Sunday it was hectic. When we were competing as the Supervisors for the price of the month I enjoyed those moments because that is where I learn from the mistakes I will do on the day.
