Good Company, just need to improve on employment of people of colour in management positions, improving on empowerment of staff is paramount to the group's perception because mostly people leave because they feel un appreciated and go work where they feel appreciated by management even if it means less benefits.
The experience at Tsebo is brilliant if you want to learn new things everyday and in the FM industry that is precisely what you do.You are able to meet new people, diversify your way of work and also engage with every staff member on every level.You get to make a difference EVERYDAY in the lives of many by making the environment, pleasant, and safe.
No day is ever the same
As a Senior FM you are always on standby
But when I check the information it looks like is a nice company, and on one forcing some people to do a job . And even the BOSS they' treat the work's equally as a important thing to treat people equally.
Very strict company. Caring about people depending on side manager. I love working with this company. Working overall neat .understanding their shifts. Although I was sick but they did understand and I stayed home.now I feel better and would like to work again with Tsebo.light duty I will appreciate, for am hungry again

Overall not so glamorous as they make it seem to be. Working environment was great but salaries unequal. Management can get rid of people who question their integrity and frame them. And bring in their friends and families. Bonuses are not paid to everyone. Bonuses are not paid to everyone.
Working with this company was so stressful the team- leader made us work during our Tea-time some times during our lunch time we couldn't rest enough.
I loved my work and everything was always done the way the manager wants it even the supervisor was happy but not everyone is doing there work like they was told to do it .
I would like to get another job offer from your company the experience i had helped me a lot in my life. I had a lot to learn since i never worked at a casino before but the company gave me a job while i had a hearing problem. the contract manager kept us on our toes
They are a reasonable company who needs to look more into their staff and change certain things in the workplace
They are not a bad company their management just need to go for management and people skills then their staff would feel much happier and they need to give more training to new staff members
The work environment is full of young people however if you are not directly in the facilities division your growth may be ignored. There are not that many roles in the finance teams apart from the junior clerks roles. There is a lot of manual systems hence the need for the clerks but after you grow out of that role then there is not much growth
I was doing a lot of job but no salary at all and i noticed they don't take catering and cleaning serious. Other departments are okay and happy you can tell by the impression and they even say it them self. and its not easy moving to another department you have to be a friend with someone or be known somehow (favored).
