Running a kitchen at an old age home is full of surprises but fun when the elderly ladies want to give a helping hand! I start work at 6am doing my issues for the meals to be prepared. Then I do my temp checks and see to the orderings for the coming week. I check on breakfast and the dinning room and trays that go to the frail care rooms. Treat of the day is when we get compliments from the residents as well as the client regarding our meals and table setting/decor
You can never relax at work as you have many staff and contractors reporting to you on a daily basis and seeing that we were a Facilities Company working on Client's properties I had to make sure that everything goes well and the Client is completely satisfied with our services. The hardest part is that you are responsible for all your staff and contractors 24 hours per day, 365 days a year and all our Clients were happy where I was in charge. The most enjoyable part of my job were month ends when the Client scored me on my monthly scorecard and I always achieved higher than 90%.
Enjoy my work,teaches me how to handle customers, how to cook healthy meal,book work cashier and how to be strong when dealing with difficult customers and much much more .I love my work.

I was employed under sasol shutdown 2018 to work as a cashier at sasol caffeteria , It was a pleasure to work there because I learned to work under pressure to keep the customers happy and it was a good way of improving my communication skills
It is has a good working environment. Especially in food industry you have opportunity to learn more.
I have been working for tsebo since 2014 as a cashier. I love my job so much no doubt about that. But my problem is when l came to the company they told me chances of growing with the company are very high. But that seems not to be true. It 8s very difficult to get a promotion in tsebo. How l wish to work as an Admin. I have tried to ask my managers to give me a. chance but seems no luck. Am currently studying part time book keeping course. I really need to upgrade myself and grow with the company am one person who does not want to stay in one position for a long time 5 years it's enough for me to be a cashier. I love my company l really wanna work for a long time but l feel like l need to change my position and work as an Admin since am currently studying book keeping

Tsebo solutions is a very productive place to work for ,they always give their staff members some training to equip them in order to meet the clients satisfaction
My day starts at 6.00 am as the people i work with are already on the road (drivers) , i allocate for each driver work that needs to be done for the day . i pull a report from the system of the work done for the previous day and compile a report , attend to any maintenance and repairs issues of the vehicles the drivers are using. pull out tracker reports and report any irregularity( private trips) to the managers support the drivers with regards to the system they use to complete their daily tasks allocated to them.
