Stressful work environmrnt with room for improvement.
Tshwane Leadership Foundation is an NGO with the right values to assist those in distress and related social matters although I personally feel there is room for improvement to encourage staff work morale and satisfaction.

Demotivating environment,
Working at Tlf is fun at times, however, most times there are a lot of petty internal politics. People are take. To the HR office for the littlest things. There’s blatant favoritism, and no room for growth. Interns normally have nothing to do on a daily basis, they mostly just sit around on the Internet all day, without supervisors mentoring them. As a third year, there little to nothing that you can learn.

the organisation is excellent for students who have the desire to advance their work experience as it provides extensive and relevant work experience, however mos positions are volunteer positions as the organisation is an NGO and has no stable income, solely relies on funding for financial backup.
