Day at UCS

UCS work entails a day of mix task from new business at current client as well as external customers. Working on proposal most of the time and load of self learning as technology is rapidly changing.

Everyday has its own challenges but overall a great company to work for. Teams at UCS are wonderful .Really a pleasant environment to be in. It feel like my other home.

learning curve, funny, good working environment

Working for UCS is very nice and good working environment, normaly i drive to site to attended critical issues like when client`s main server crashed, i am able to swap faulty server on site, i have learn how to deal with difficult clients face to face, and also learn to be patient with our clients, i am able to communicate within my co-workers, this help when someone is absent from work and thats when i can take cover, the hardest part of my job is when i drive long distance only to find out that the problem coild have been solved over the phone
