  • Udm is a great company to grow in and make loads of money I'm a temp 3rd week in made over my 100% target last week. It's all about your mind set and if u money driven you got to keep your eye on the prize and not stray...the best is seeing the fruits of your hard work when you get rewarded to be honest even if I don't make it here I will always love the company... the staff is great friendly fun and chilled. Great training just very intense you have to listen and then execute to grow...its all about learning and making money...

But if you are interested in working at UDM you will have a great learning experience at UDM, you are provided with proper training and you enjoy every moment of dealing with the cold calling clients. QAs and perm staff assist you with sales techniques and they have a general staff incentive to those who achieve personal best
