It is all about targets, sales and meeting both. in the the trainging part there is no help at all, as they expect you to do the same level of work that the permanent staff is doing.
Pros
Free Pop-Corn, maybe when you are there 5years and more a good salary
Cons
very diciplined, long hours, a lot of musts, etc
