Productive and they are trying to make it an enjoyable working space
It is a fairly well working environment.My experience could be a little negative because I came in through an agent for about 6 months whereby the reception was poor mainly because of being outsourced. Someone hired internally could differ from my perspective altogether.

A very good, fun and productive place to work in.
Unilever takes care of its employees. I really enjoyed working tlfor this company. Unilever culture is excellent. Shop floor employees are fun and exciting to work with, though they an be challenging sometimes.

Working with short staff and to meet deadline and lot of work i am enjoying everything working here but stress is money ie lot of work and short staff

Unilever offers growth and exposure. They have a busy work space with dynamic and friendly staff. Training is offered so that one can get used to their systems. Temp positions dont guarantee absorption.
