-When store managers dont wanna give you some negotiated space and and yet you have to build those displays to meet your deadlines. -Never to promise them something that you wont be able to do ,and when you have to give them feedback on something make sure you get back to them and give them feedback. -working with amazing managers who does not discriminate and treat each and everyone equally at work. - everyone is living according to the smollan values. -meeting new people, managing yourself, working as a team, managing your team, driving sales, being rewarded for all the good work that you have done, and also attending meetings which keeps you on the loop of what is expected on us and how to deal with difficult situations and how to solve most of the problems encountered
Unilever is a very danamic company in the fmcg, which it calls itself brand leader, but fails to maintain its merchandising standards.
The business has failed themselves by the so called brand leading company where as there are lot of small companies competing them with strong products, they used to be big but not thus days any more from both home care, foods and personal care.
The products are so good and so easy to sell and the only issue is the work life balance . It is the best company to work for fun people to be around them
Outings are good

no balance between work and personal life
it is always a challenging day at work as we learn every day new things . I have learned that each day you must have a plan before going to work to gain something out of that duty for the day . My co-workers are very competitive as we are at a high performance culture business . The hardest part of the job is when you not meeting your targets and deadlines . The most enjoyable part is when you receive your rewards after hard work and get recognition .
Working as a team, sharing ideas as everyone had same objective to achieve sales targets as per client requirements, working with Unilever help me a lot to be able to prioritised my self, plan and being able to add a huge value to the business, Unilever gave me a solid foundation on tools and processes involve in the marketing business, I have proven to learn challenging concept quickly and have developed competencies in multiple areas
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!
