Nice and a happy place to work there

Nice working there because it makes me to meet people from different grounds I love work under pressure and balancing the stock also counting the cash for the trucks.

Racist, bigoted and no room for growth

High paced environment for the lower staff but short paced decision making at the top... Stifling growth. Not a place for a career driven individual. Highly punitive environment!

Fun work place

It was challenging working there, because you have to make sure that each outlet you went too you had to make sales...but it was fun at the same time and I enjoyed working there...making sales and reaching the target every weekend it was a learning phase for me and it taught me so much, working in groups .

Its a good company and very relaxed environment.

its a good company and very relaxed environment. Daily sales call schedule, meeting with clients face to face. Conducting weekend promotions.Great work relationships with fellow colleagues.

Productive and challenging, if you are goal oriantated you will win and use the swot analysis to your work you will go very.

The brewery accomodate everyone litterate or iliterate, you can grow within the company if you are a hard worker and flexible to divete with its culture. Just stay focuss and be up for a challenge

Dishonest from top to bottom

This pathetic place had people working there who had knowingly stolen millions of rand without taking it further. I had t report it to SARS. This dishonest company also retrenched me without a warning because I was the only one who did not belong to a nonsense, time-wasting union. I don't care if this rubbish company still exists. They treated me like rubbish and had no idea about working procedures or the law. This place was a typical third-world rubbish company.

Wasbvery nice whould love to have same work in gauteng but with a better salary duebto the time in years that past A salary of atleast R35 000 for a manager post is more exsepted

It was very good to work there

It was very exciting as it was my first job. I started working with the company as market developer as a contract worker. We use to go with company Raps to the villages to convince customers to star selling our brand. It wasn’t easy but it took a dedicated person to do that.

Just a normal field sales work

Customer intersections, depot stock ordering, meet with the end-user, run weekend promotions, physical tasting promotions, maintain price compliance, introducing of my company products and meeting monthly sales volumes and reporting back to the Sales manager at all Times.

Working with people that knows what is exspect from them

Spending the day a work very exciting. To repair the beer strainers management did nor back us up when there was breakdown's workplace culture excellent when there is a break down struggling alone getting the work done on time not to delay the work or breakdowns

If you are looking for a place to get used to working

UNB is a good place to work. Not a place to look for growth. it offers great experience in the sorghum industry to learn as this is the only company manufacturing traditional beer.

Management is not focussed on company goal.

Support employees that show iniative and out perform and analyse better than manager to achieve goals and drive down costs, ( reduse waste, shrinkage) while improving the overall production efficiencies. Check my record performances while working there and implement the strategic tasks that I performed.

The Company has a diverse job culture

You get to work & meet all types of people from south Africa & African, There is a sense of belonging when working for UNB. You get to taste all types of sorghum beers

Good company to work for

Making 21 calls per day ,developing new business,monitoring competitors activities in the markets and resolving issues in the market and negotiating for space in the outlets, making sure our products are available and visible all the time

People must want to be at work

Working with diverse cultures it is important to understand what drive people to success. I have found that the more the business become successful the more people become committed to contribute to the business. The challenge is to get to that point. By setting the example and leading from the front, it is achievable. Nothing breeds success like success!!
