Job Culture
Effective weekly and daily planning plays an integral part of the job. This includes progress reviews and a proper analysis of the environment and mapping effective response to any potential threats to the programme delivery.
The workplace culture is very results driven, which requires high levels of responsibility and responsiveness. It is the most challenging part of the job, especially when the environment presents challenges beyond the control of the coordinator. Effective stakeholder management and cooperation is the most enjoyable part if the job.

Company has lost its way over the years. Not living up to the stellar reputation it had established for itself. A lack of direction and a lot of restructuring.
