Unorganised mess

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Would give 0 stars if possible. Everything about the organisation is terrible. The therapists themselves who work there are lovely but penalties get used frequently as a threat. Trying to get payments back from them is draining, the managers will call you on your days off and make you feel as if you’ve done something wrong for declining to want to go into work on your day off. There is no work life balance at all. Hours are long ; you do get paid hourly which is the only benefit of having long working hours. There are no benefits offered from this company at all for all the hard work you do as a therapist and for having to deal with customer complaints and the mess the managers leave along the way. The staff retention is so low, you are promised the world when you start , however once you start, no wonder no one wants to stay. Do not know how this company is still running, I’m sure they are borderline illegal.

Long hours, watched on camera, so unorganised, machines always broken
