i have learned a lot from their culture of not hiding any information even the finances of the company, when asking question of how to go about certain duties i got help from coworkers.

Vodacom they don't care about their staff members

Vodacom is not a good company, you can go extra miles doing your job perfectly but we don't get paid what we do, we come to work even if you sick. I can not relay on this company because there is no benefits.even if you can work for company many years no increase no benefits

Productive, fun and very busy workplace

Typical days consist of :Documents management, customer service and switchboard operation. I work very close with my manager, on a daily basis and our director pops in twice every week. I work well with my colleagues and when I am done with my work, I help them with their work. The hardest part of the job is when a client is not satisfied with the service given, be it from manager to other staff. The customers passes through me before they get to whoever was rendering the service. I have to calm them down and apologise on behalf of my colleagues. Most enjoyable part is when all my work is upto date and my month end report to my seniors balances. I know that I don't have to do any explanations. This goes back to me helping the consultants because if they mess up it complicates my work.

free lunch when we reach our targets.

No lunch hour when we are very busy.

no productive

ddnt have any typical day.i've learned that i must follow customers and make them happy.the vodacom company was only sending starter packs to register people from where i stay.the hardest part of the job was when i tried to conviced my customers to buy starter packs even when they were having them.the most enjoyable part of the job is that i work at my own time because i was my own boss.
