The workplace culture is very accomodative but contradictory if you are a contractor as management pays more attention to permanent staff. The hardest part of the job is being accomodative to long hours at work and working dependently . It is in this job environment that i developed a thick skin. Vodacom is a good company that is fast moving, flexibility is key

Workplace

My day involves involves responding to client emails/requests like new line, upgrades and add on services. Providing quotes on upgrades and new lines from the latest offers. The challenge in my job is the reliance on various departments for assistance on requests outside my scope. The turnaround and response is frustrating. The joys in my job is the constant interaction with various clients, the satisfaction of a successful deal, the upbeat team members and making sure the customers is happy.
