Vodacom is a great company and I'd really love to work for the company again. I've learnt alot with the company. It's always a great opportunity to work with different people and learning new things every day. It's also great listening to people's problems and solving them out.

High paced environment,busy high volume of inbound calls pleasnt working environment.Demanding yet easy whith time.Place to make friends and learn how to work with people from different backrounds and how to handle customers.

Life at Vodacom

Working at Vodacom was a bliss and a learning curve, the only problem was working late shifts and not enough benefits. The workplace was full of fun, young people so it was motivating to be part of a group of people that are my peers and want to win as much as I do. The only down side was that it took time for your career to advance and grow from one position to the next

Vodacom - customer service call centre, this was one of my best experience ever, i could deal with customers telephonic. The environment is so exotic your mood changes to an vibrant and excited mood when you see your colleages and management always smiling.

Working at vodacom was very nice

Working for vodacom was a blessing in my life it suited my life style and the management was very help full and we had team building .the place was just nice .

Comfortable work place and fun with loving staff

I was employed by CapCorp on behalf of Vodacom , working for the company was exiting the problem was the salary and the company being based in Midrand was too far for the salary i was receiving and the hard work I put in. There was no incentives and the Outsourcing company CapCorp made so many empty promises

Vodacom

I was a temp responsible for assisting pre paid clients with the activation of sim cards, blocking of lost phones, loading of airtime, setting up gprs and wap on cell phones, and unblocking on pin/puk codes The environment was good as team leaders were extremely helpful and made the first time on calls easier

Very exciting, From accounts to technical as well as Blacklisting

This was a time when I learned about responsibility ,The time I got my first car, I enjoyed waking up early just to be the best at what I do. When Accounts department or Blacklist department or Customer services department required me I was there. And that gave me Pleasure.

Enjoyable and fun

Everyday has its challenges of dealing with different customers,I learned problem solving and patients. Strive to put the customers first.They always try to make their staff happy by giving incentives .having to work at night and sometimes 6 days one day off,taking with customers on a daily basis andresolve their issues ,working as team .

Not good

Worked terrible hours. No proper transport and the salary was very low. It was like working in a factory. You get penalised for every little thing and no recognition for all your hard work

very nice vibby and vibrand place

typical day would be making a target of a number of calls and arrangements, learned to be patient with all age groups as they talk and listen. management is very helpful and always available to assist, the work environment is so peaceful and fun to work in. hardest part of the job is when the call centre is flooded with high number of calls. most enjoyable when the are hourly incentives
