productive but no fun place to be

A typical day would be you getting to work on time and logging into the correct systems on time and assisting customers with any network related enquirers.. i learned that customers are always first and their needs tneed to be secured and aswell as their need us agents to guide them . the hardest part of that job was not being to asist a customer with problems that are out of your control
