Self management encouraging

The role of the Field Service Consultant: Emerging Markets to support and enable sales in the informal market and acquire, develop, grow and maintain the Vodacom Alternative Distribution channel (AD). Achieve prepaid sales and Market share to the formal and informal channels. Ensure prepaid availability and churn reduction via planned activity Ensure the achievement of service / product activity and revenue targets allocated to own area of responsibility Manage the informal market portfolio under own area of responsibility Call on and look after own base of customers and Trade Partners Identify business training growth and development needs of client base and ensure implementation thereof Gather competitive information to ensure that Vodacom stays ahead of the competition Maintain an accuracy informal market database Protect and promote the Vodacom brand by ensuring that branding meets the company standards at all times and that facilities are always properly maintained Interact with local authorities and other stakeholders (e.g. Nitosa, local business chambers/groups) to represent the interests of the prepaid market client base and Vodacom Manage special projects Eg: The E Schools, and CSI programme, with regard to post installation performance, training and allocation of email addresses and data bundle sales Territory Management, ensuring all aspects in area are managed. This includes DSR, FME, Traders, Wholesalers and alternative distribution.

Fun, professional, challenging enviroment to work in

Very competitive, constantly changing you had to be flexible and adapt fast, always new products and campaigns. It requires you to be innovative, think on your feet. Excessive travelling on bad roads.
