Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Call Center Representative at Vodacom
Life at Vodacom
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - 41 fox Street, Johannesburg - 11 July 2020
Working at Vodacom was a bliss and a learning curve, the only problem was working late shifts and not enough benefits. The workplace was full of fun, young people so it was motivating to be part of a group of people that are my peers and want to win as much as I do. The only down side was that it took time for your career to advance and grow from one position to the next
Pros
Fun workspace, full of energy and young people
Cons
Short paying, late shift

I was employed by CapCorp on behalf of Vodacom , working for the company was exiting the problem was the salary and the company being based in Midrand was too far for the salary i was receiving and the hard work I put in. There was no incentives and the Outsourcing company CapCorp made so many empty promises
