You can work 6 yrs as a contractor abd still be fired without being offered a permanent position. Vodafone is failing to remember the good work u've put in but chooses to become a hire and fire kind of an organization. Management doesnt have respect over staff.. And staff are fighting each other but it all comes from above (management).due to favouritism and competition. I was fired without being given a specific reason

Good work ethics and good team work, management is highly effective and supports staff. The culture is free spirited and individuals are rewarded accordingly.All aspects of the job are exciting and the most challenging was keeping ones eyes open after some long nights spent resolving challenges.
The office culture is amazing, If you don’t get pumped up on the floor just by listening to everyone else on the phone, this probably isn’t the job for you. There are several ongoing training opportunities, and depending on who your Director is, you could have an amazing direct team experience, too. There are also generous maternity and paternity leave policies.
A typical day at webhelp on the vodafone campaign was very busy at all times there was call after call but thats what made it so enjoyable, the fact that we were constantly challenging ourselves and gaining more eperience. I learned that you should always be on time and always be proffessional and treat every call the same. I learned that you should be very understanding patient and emphathetic towards the customer. Management wasvery helpful, they were very well organiseed. The hardest part of the job was learning to that no matter how difficult the call at the end the customer should always be happy and that no matter the circumstances you as the advisor should always make the customer happy with the company and never let the customer lose his or her trust in the company. The most enjoyable part of the job was speaking to so many people on a daily basis and getting to know more about the culture and how they live their daily lives because each call you grow some sort of relationship with the customer and thats how you turn a diifficult call into a good one by being yourself and going the extra mile for the customer to show them they are with the right company.

Fun environment. Unfortunately I had to leave due to the fact that the campaign was being moved back to the UK and I had to be proactive and find a new job seeing that there were no guarantees whether we will be moved within the company or not.
work as hard as you can and still get pay queries, job security not good ,as i left due to webhelp losing their biggest client , management doesnt make enough effort to have your ploblems solved as an employee
A typical day at vodafone would usually start with a team huddle where expectation for the day would be set and what you as a team leader should focus on. Managers although how over worked always in a good mood and always look after their staff.
A very nice environment and location of business, however not as transparent as HR and Operations managers would like you to believe. Otherwise a very fun place to work at with a very college type demeanoured culture. Growth is a challenge though due to favoritism.
