Productive and fun work place
DEBT COLLECTOR, TEAM LEADER and JUNIOR MAAGER (Former Employee) - Randburg, Gauteng - 17 September 2019
Excellent work fun balance which makes it easier to be productive. Excellent coaching and management skills and interaction. Their open door policy at any management level makes it easier to interact, learn and grow but not only that it makes easier to share your individual ideas as well.

Team work and management plays a major role
Tracer (Former Employee) - Randburg, Gauteng - 12 December 2017
It was fun being apart of team with spirit. We would work together or push together for one common goal and would achieve our goals. We had days were lady's would come dressed as guys and guys as Lady's. Overall management was good and fulfilled any expectations I had of the company.
Pros
If we made target we would get a half day and be allowed to go eat out on company expense
Cons
Working on a saturday trying to make up for team not reaching target

Competitive
Debt Collection Agent (Current Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 26 April 2016
A robust and competitive work ethos was continually on the offing. One is always kept on their toes. The atmosphere was eccentric, inducing one to always perform to superior standards.

Vvm its a very nice warm place to work for,I learned that in order to get somewere you have to work hard and never let negative people distract you.
My team was the best so as my team leader we used to help each other to reach target share our ideas on how to improve.
The hardest part of the job is when you are far behind and the month is already ending and you have a certain target to reach,dt means you have to put more extra time.
Our staff parties, the braai they always do for us wen we working marathons, easter eggs each every easter season.Etc

I had a very good working relationship with my management so i delivered what was expected out of me so my days were very easy i got well with my co-workers. The hardest part of the job i wouldn't say i experienced any as i knew what i was doing. We were lots of young people so we always had fun if we did'nt have work.
