No direction in the company.

The management was terrible and had no clue on how to run the business. The salary was terrible including the working hours, the office culture (smoking in the building and during meetings). Had no respect for its employees, have no working tools but expect results. I would not recommend if not desperate.

The job i was doing was not hectic and Ireally enjoyed working there because everything i had to do around there had a timeframe as to help me be well organised and be able to plan ahead for the rest of the day,I have learned to have a good communicating skills,to be n time for work , never to misuse work equipment and to take my job seriously

Relaxed atmosphere

Deals with jobseekers and attend meetings.We work as a team and that makes Your day easier.The hardest part of my job is when you have to tell somebody that he has been dismissed.Enjoyable part we can rely on each other.
