Great Place to Kickstart a Career in Customer Service
This is the place for you if you have very little experience in customer service and would like to learn and grow.Everything I learned here really helped shape me as a person working within the field. If you just focus on what's important and don't overly involve yourself in unnecessary situations, you will be fine. You need to be mentally strong and sure about yourself. Company politics are a thing as they are everywhere.Great benefits package - medical aid, group life cover, transport for late shifts and night shift allowance.Shift scheduling does not promote a healthy work-life balance.

Productive and funwork place
Everyday working at Webhelp was fun, the atmosphere made it very easy for me to belong. There was a sense of unity from when you enter at the door, workers were friendly ,trainers and management created better culture of learning to ensure graduation and passing gradbay. It surely does get busy at times however when that happens management worked positively with everyone to get the job done the best way possible and that is exactly what I liked the most about Webhelp.

Good start up
-The work isn't so difficult-their metric system and calculation contract management that's because they cant understand them-Management will target you-working hours are manageable over time -salary isn't bad but incentives sometimes don't work hand in hand with merit...TL will go according to favs-toxic work environment

Tiring and depressing
Tiring and depressing, no support structure.....the leadership there really sucks, if you escalate a complaint about a manager you are definitely wasting your time, because instead of them being dealt with accordingly you will see them being promoted and more people exploited.
