I don't recommend webhelp, management has become inconsiderate, and its really tough working there. the hours are long and little rest. u work very hard and no proper incentive
It will take a toll on your mental health. Do not work there if you care for your well-being. The managers who actually act like human beings, I could count on one hand.
I started working here and everything was fine until they switched my team to a different campaign, that's when everything went downhill. The care for the trauma that the agents go through on a day to day at work is not of importance. They say people first but the only people they care about is the client.
It is just horrible. Horrible management, the hours suck . The management expects agents to do a lot and yet the money is not good . The pressure is too much.
the company culture is nice even though other campaigns and management do not live up to it but I can confidently say webhelp is a people's first company which is the reason I stayed long. You will learn a lot and be exposed to great skill set.
