I don't recommend webhelp, management has become inconsiderate, and its really tough working there. the hours are long and little rest. u work very hard and no proper incentive

Horrible environment

Horrible experience. Always has salary queries every month , your salary will have about 50% of your pay missing then you have to wait for about another 15 days until they pay you in full Management doesn’t really care about employees. Had horrible experience there wouldn’t recommend

Hecticly fast paced

Its a stepping stone in your career however be ready to let go of your life outside of work. Salary was great when you managed to get incentive. Overall Webhelp is really really a stressful environment and it can get to you if you allow it

Productive, fun

Productive fun place to work at however, downfall is having to work long hours and weekends.Recognition is much better than other companies that I've worked for, the work and amount of calls taken can be very overwhelming and stressful at times, salary is not enough for the amount of work and calls and long working hours.

Hated my days there

It's a good start to build your call center experience because they do not require any previous experience just your Matric certificate but you have to mentally prepare yourself to be stressed out and drained.

good incentive drive

You really need to push yourself hard to be recognized and your dedication to be acknowledged. at times the pressure gets too much and overtime is non-negotiable, which kills the fun part of working there

Apply online. Webhelp is great but the shifts are not easy. You work very late. There's subsided transport Which helps also monthly incentive and opportunities for growth

They for sure sell dreams and then it's the complete opposite.The worst place to work for all the time given and the little bit of peanuts as a salary.

No worklife balance , you pay for transportation if shift ends after 7pm

Underpaid for the amount of work done , shifts are horrible , management puts pressure on workers , toxic workspace. Great view in the Helix building , fun games, random gifts and loads of other fun activities.

Potential to grown

This was the best place I’ve ever worked at, even though I was fired I would still recommend family and friends to Webhelp.I can honestly say I’ve worked at one contact centre after webhelp and it was a nightmare. If ever I was to go back to contact centre work Webhelp is my first choice (hopefully they hire back employees😅)

Nonsense

I did not like working there, I was customer service adviser. The treatment was not good and the shifts were too long nd they changed all the time. It's a good start though

Fun place to work but alot of pressure

Fun place to work, but when it gets busy, it gets REALY BUSY. Salary does not match the amount of work and working for more than one department when it gets busy.

Very good company , working hours are decent depending on the campaign . Manager very nice and professional. Work environment is very nice I highly recommend

The worst place I ever worked at

No human element.Bad management not ethical. Stressful and non building environment. They staff the correct people but their systems there don't make them trive. No work life balance

Management is very bad. Always telling managers to give people warnings and fire them. You not allowed to get sick and leave requests are always denied.

It's a fun working place for young people. They have lost of incentives and also there is transport for people who till late.

A horrible and abusive environment

Bad experience. Management doesn't care about the employees and no work/life balance as the schedules are torturous. No job security as you are constantly threatened to be fired for silly things.

Amazing colleagues and TM, but no balance between work and personal life.

Poorly structured schedules, with little to no room for change.No regard for employees and their needs, even though they're a company who boasts to care for their staff. Overall, the actual job 5/5. Management 2/5 But had amazing colleagues and the best TM. Definitely miss the environment, but I have a life outside of work too, that was not being considered.

Not too bad

Working there was fine. I was working for their easyJet campaign, I kind of enjoyed it however the salary is very low. I also hated the hours and the constantly rotating shifts.

Pay queries, bad management

No life balance, constant pay queries, bad management, no set working hours forced overtime in a short space of time worked for sage 50 pay roll as a customer technical advisor on American campaign

Says people first but is never the case

Management is the worst. Most of them didn't even know how to do the job therefore could not assist. Need a lot of patience and tolerance to work here.
