It has been fine and enjoyable workplace for the whole 4years until it was bought by new management, who were cruel and reduced hours and rate which made our living difficult.

Very bad

Was very bad but are not the same wimpy at Montclair is very bad I was a manager dealing with stock taking with everything in store but getting paid R3500 in other shops it was more than that it was high risk because sometimes I was deposit the money by myself at the ATM

Fun and energetic environment

The experience I got from working at wimpy was a life time experience which I’ll be forever great full. Starting from humble beginnings has gave me the confidence I have to tackle any work challenge that comes my way. Wimpy is a great working place.

You feel at home if you working there.

I was working there but my health situation was not good I leave the job but now wish to join the team. And I work for more than ten years and they gives a chance to grow. Even managers are participating with staff even store managers are friendly.

Can be stressful on busy days but Culture is good and you get to learn about customers. Enhancement of communication skills increase daily

I really enjoyed working here as a srudent and a school leaver. Great company to be with when you are young. You learn a lot from different people everyday.

Stimulating Working Environment

I gained valuable work experience in the hospitality industry. I gained new management skills, and interaction skills, besides being an extrovert. The clients were somewhat fun to interact with. I got decent tips. The food would take long at times to be produced.

It was very challenging and i have gained too much experience it was very helpful indeed to work the as a waiter and i also meet good people

Wimpy is a great place to work for.

Wimpy has taught me to be able to make as much sales as possible. It is a commission based environment so making sales is very important for yourself and for the business. Wimpy has also taught me patience because you work with a lot of people who have different characters and personalities and your customers are also different.

Its was a good place to be at times and a worse to be at sometimes , but a good enverioment .

Maybe they can offer staff meals , just a meal under a reasonable amount. And increase the amount of staff they hire , in other to achieve good result

produvctive and competitive

The people I worked with was very nice. I learned a lot from different people . When I started at wimpy , I was very shy and felt out of place but my fellow colleagues made me feel welcomed. I would never feel like I don't have energy to work ,I was always happy to go to work.

I don't know where to start but I enjoyed my stay at wimpy n would gladly to go back again i had a good time and I appreciate every minute that I was there.
