Not so good management, thier basic is too low and favoritism in the allocation of leads, very stressful. You can't even touch your phone through out the day.

Commission, management

1 didn't even want to give 1 star,I was in a sales campaign,always had problem with commission. Managementhad their favorites and they abused their privileges.

Worst company one could ever work for!

Abusive management always intimidating stuff. Pay is always short every month and you as the employee have to chase them up for a correction to be completed. Leave is never approved and you end up losing your hours end of the year as the “fall away if not booked” disgusting company.

Productive working enviroment

People are NYC and fun and also heplfull but some managers are terrible. The basic salary was quite low, but the work from home campaign made things slightly bearable

the way the kpa are calculated are base on customers experience with the company and most customers have the bad experience and lower your score and having law score can lead you to be fired

Not a good company if you want to grow within the call centre industry

They only deduct UIF, no provident fund. So no money goes towards your retirement fund. They provide transport now, didn't before and it's very hard to grow within the business as they look at qualifications rather than experience.

Lack of feedback

Applied for a job and received no feedback back it's now been 1 month , same thing happens when you work for them and apply internally if you not successful they don't provide proper feedback, management lacks quality as well as HR

Productive and fun

Wns is like a family. They look after the staff. Constant training to keep up with stats. Amazing team buildings.Prizes and games at work.Management is fair and HR is always there to assist with any issue.Discounted hot and cold meals for staff and friendly environment

WNS short payments

They have constantly been paying me short, substantiating it with different reasons, managers lie about when the rectification will happen, they also threaten you with your job should you speak out, despite getting short paid your entire salary should you not be able to travel they would still proceed with action

The worst

Rascist and unethical management a nightmare of a company that feeds of exploiting poor people. Npthing at this company makes sense the structure in which they promote is unfair. No care for their agents you are just a number. Mental breakdown and anxiety is common amongst agents

Productive

I work for a excellent company called WNS.But I recently discovered that management is the worst I ever had to deal with.I was in isolation for 10 days HR never once contacted me during this time to follow up.I went for a vaccine and my manager decided to make me awol for the day so I will not be paid for the day.I was not feeling well after the vaccine and I do feel it is my right as a employee to be granted the day off.Even though I have proof I'm still not being paid for the day.I also have a final warning against my name for someone stealing my tag from my desk using it at work and causing me distress,and this person is still working for WNS even after this happened.I was also asked to come to work during my isolation period so I had to put others at risk.I completed a Covid 19 document at work as I suffer from a chronicle illness but I was made awol on the day I went for the vaccine which is a total disgrace.

Work there at the risk of you losing your sanity.

The company from the get go shows their true colors. The first 3 months we were paid short.They throw you from campaign to campaign.You spend more time in training than anything else.And they're so unreasonable that the money is just not worth the amount of disrespect and disregard you receive from Ops Managers

I do not wish to work for any company that is owned by Indians again

It is not productive and fun work place, very stressful and it doesn't balance the work life and personal life.There are no holidays, no Christmas, no new years... None what so ever.You always feel trapped, no phones allowed but they are fully aware that some of us are not with their families. They do not have an sense of urgency when someone is sick some people might even die in their premises, do not care about any hazardous situations I remember the day there were people climbing the ladder inside the building in between clusters while we were on the calls, never understood the absence during the taxi strike, never understood the COVID-19 regulations either In conclusion the company do not care about the employee's well-being and safety.

Unprofessional

Incompetent company I’ve ever worked in. There was always something. Employees were getting dismissed in front of other employees. Every month we would get pay queries - not paid enough.

I wold not recommend WNS Century City

A whole group of people were hired for a position with a basic salary , within 2 weeks they conatct us to let us know that they no longer hiring for that position but because we were successful they'd put us on another campaign , dont get me wrong I am grateful for the job , however they moved us to a campaign with lesser money , only to find out that they actually are still hiring for the original position we applied ,our group has now been placed on an internship.. JUST PATHETIC, MANAGEMENT AND HR NEVER HAVE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS , It is just simply unorganised!! There are no benefits at this company, you pay for your own medical aid, this is the first BPO I have heard of that does this.

An ungrateful company

No medical aid, no pension fund or any other benefit for that matter. The day you leave the company you leave only with your salary and nothing more. Management is horrible and treat subordinates unfairly. The work is overload and the salary is as good as working in retail. Long working hours.

Awesome colleagues but stressful workplace

I Work at the bellville branch with amazing colleagues who all support each other and team leaders try their best as well. Management is a pain though and the customers are so disrespectful

Depends on the campaign you on, you will have a good experience or not

WNS is the first call center I've worked at that doesn't look after their people, the building is empty, no on hand benifits at all. The kitchen area is empty with no facilities to use, there are no free on hand services besides hot water. No training equipment, and they don't even see to your internet connection. Breaks are short but they are supposed to be one of the best BPOs in the world. People that just started are already looking to quit because of the difficulties. There's nothing fun about working there, no business meetings, not even meet an greet to the newbies. Such an informal place to work at
