The overall of working at WNS was okay, but getting paid accurately was always an issue, there was always a delay and their manager lack empathy and people skills. Which brings the company down massively

Stressful

Management is awful and there are many issues with pay queries and team leaders not listening to staff needs. Customers are rude and you just have to put on your big girl panties

It has a potential of becoming a fun place, work is overwhelming.

Management doesn't have a direction nor an idea of what they're doing, they're emotional and lack soft skills. They don't promote personal development plans, just on the paper only.

It was fun and productivity, if you have a personal problem they even book therapy it was very awesome.

WNS was a place that I gained a lot of experience in customer services, I learned how important of a customer and how to treat the people that are around you, even if I was not met the target the was always had someone encouraged to you that I must not loose hope, I really enjoyed working at wns.

Great incentive

Working for this company was a pleasure, they give good training which lasts a month so that you are prepared for working on the floor, after you have enough experience you get to work from home. Salary is good and if you reach all your targets you get about double your salary, even if you reach half your targets you get an extra half of your salary each month and targets are fairly easy to reach

Fun workplaceRude UK customers

The customers were extremely entitled and had no approach. Management always expected us to bend over way backwards for what we earned. Had to tick a million boxes all on one call, much to the customers annoyance. It's the colleagues that made it all easier in fact. Thank you, WNS

Pros

Working from home

It’s a fun place to work in

A great place to work in. The only problem was the pay queries that were on going without proper feedback. They would beat around the bush when you ask about your salary shortage or kinda blame it on you that you didn’t punch in or validate.

Unprofessional colleagues, underpaid, no benefits

I couldn't never go back, I left a good job only to find myself working in a position I did not apply for. The management is unprofessional, their reply was that there was a miscommunication with HR recruiters and team leaders who conducted the interview and contracts.Greatly underpaid, sometimes you don't get your full salary because of their old school system of punching in. Ongoing payment issues.Every changing work conditions because they depend on campaigns and the clients change things all the time making working there extremely stressful and unfulfilling

Pros

Remote working

Cons

Long hours, Too many changes, Low salary, Unprofessional environment, No benefits, Poor management, Lack of job security.

Worst company one could ever work for!

Abusive management always intimidating stuff. Pay is always short every month and you as the employee have to chase them up for a correction to be completed. Leave is never approved and you end up losing your hours end of the year as the “fall away if not booked” disgusting company.

Pros

None

Cons

Long hours, salary is too little compared to the work you are expected to do.

Cons

stressful

the way the kpa are calculated are base on customers experience with the company and most customers have the bad experience and lower your score and having law score can lead you to be fired

Not a good company if you want to grow within the call centre industry

They only deduct UIF, no provident fund. So no money goes towards your retirement fund. They provide transport now, didn't before and it's very hard to grow within the business as they look at qualifications rather than experience.

Pros

Close to the mall

Cons

Minimal wage

Lack of feedback

Applied for a job and received no feedback back it's now been 1 month , same thing happens when you work for them and apply internally if you not successful they don't provide proper feedback, management lacks quality as well as HR
