Working for woolworths was great and if the retail industry was better paying it would have been a great company to work for but overall I enjoyed the whole experience.

Woolworths is a big company with big expectations, so as an employee you must be willing and flexible. Your personal life must stay at home and be professional at all times and know the customer is always right, smile to the,greet the customer, ask if you can help. Everyone must be flexible know everything, so you learn a lot about everything
