It's a very good company to work for. They have very good benefits but if taken reduces your salary alot. You don't have to work for a long period before getting a promotion and hard work is noticed

Pros

Benefits, good environment, friendly management

Cons

Long hours, half of the staff transport fees gets deducted from your salary, no staff meals
