It was nice and challenging working at Woolworths because manages always take sides of the customers and which is not right but my days at Woolworths where good along with the people I was working with other’s customers where kind and not making the job hard as other customers...I would go back working at Woolworths and recommend people to go work there because it’s a good company to work on

I would recommend working at this company to anyone because of the company culture and how diverse it is to the worker's. Very well maintained and you get soo much benefits as an employee, such as their waste sale and company discount very satisfying.
Pros
Free tea, coffee and milk
Cons
Difficult customers

They give you proper training through all the things done at work. The management is good and always motivating the staff about doing great work. The intergrity is what Woolworths is good at. Woolworths take responsibility to everything that concerns customers issues

Woolworths has good work ethics, look after their employees including employees family's, in a sense that should an employee pass away their kids education will be taken care of by Woolies, given a chance I would work for Woolworths again. I really enjoyed myself at Woolworths except for the days of Store visits and Store audits those are extremely stressful days
Pros
Good medical aid, good funeral benefits, growth opportunities given, waste, uniform discounts for management and W rewards for staff and management etc
Cons
Long hours some weekends where you are unable to attend family gatherings etc
