It's a very good company to work for. They have very good benefits but if taken reduces your salary alot. You don't have to work for a long period before getting a promotion and hard work is noticed

The company offers more opportunities like to join a management team. It's also offers study leave for the employees in the company. The company do a charity work by providing food percels to the poor communities in Southafrica. The Woolworths is the best Retailer company in Southafrica.
I enjoyed my 3 years being at Woolworths, however I felt what led to my resignation was not properly dealt with .I stood alone ,I was highly pregnant and had to face enquiry

A good company, lots of benefits for their employees. Very professional. Excellent working conditions. You are taken to the induction, told about the kind of you will do. You get to the store, they are ready to give you on the job training.
When i was working at Woolworths i did not feel like an employee only i also felt like a family.this is the number one company that deals with people fairly
As I said it was a very fulfilling job and was very competitive and had its ups and downs but best company to work for and it really gives you a push in the right direction
I feel bad that sometimes customers treat us badly and we don't have backup from management I know yes customer comes first but over and all its nice working for woolworths company

Woolworths can do better in they empowering the staff in order order they go to the next level,treat staff with respect, be more vigilente and pay extra attention to them,for health reason,some force themselves to come to work just to please the manager
