I would recommend working at this company to anyone because of the company culture and how diverse it is to the worker's. Very well maintained and you get soo much benefits as an employee, such as their waste sale and company discount very satisfying.

months ends are always busy being a till operator u must be very fast. its like you are 5 in one you work everywhere customer service must be excellent. understand customers able to listen to understand to be able to solve the problems acquire. learned that u treat the customers like their your family and you wont go wrong. know each department well for you not to waste time in finding things that customer wants. Problem solving must be very fast as u not the for one person, if u dont understand call the manager to assist.team work is very important without it u wont be able to achieve the goal of the day nor of the month. learn that going extra mile its very important not only for yourself but also for the company. having a difficult customer who doesn't want to understand the policy infrant of them. getting rewards( gift cards/ vouchers) for best customer service/ best selling of airtimes.

Woolworths is a company that allows you to learn and grow to anything that there's in business retail and follows diversity and it drives planet inniative to change planet change through farming and go against plastic
I just feel the salary increase is not fair when it come to using the cs level even with the old staff to be paid the same as new hire.
Woolies is a better retail to work for, because they to offer bursaries to its employees to further their studies and also provide medical aids to its staff.
It was productive and I learn a lot of things and it was fun working there staff is easy to work with and management is also easy to work with. I learn how to work with customers how to use a till, merchandising , customers services and little bit of office work.
