The company is top notch problem tends to be the rotation of management
When you bring new management (DM) try to let he/she to the working standards of the store and then they can make changes if it lacking and not productive unlike trying to change things right away putting pressure on the team and that leads to poor performance.

Fruitful meeting customers each day and children it was fun I mean lots of fun the compliments that I would get daily for always smiling.
Woolworths stores was owesome only that I had to go because I wanted to finish my schooling then. I wish I could be hired back. There is a lot of growth. I like the fact that on my training I was told to take the store as my own store. There was time for hard work but every job has its hard and easy work times. I have improved a lot in my communication skills. I remember one of the customers I asked if I please assist. He replied and said only if you may help me find my wife. That was hilarious.
