The hours of working were too long and obtaining sales was difficult, because of the system that was put in place. At the same time the was no individual growth and job security.

Workforce cares about the employees and their clients. Management is always there to assist with any problems or questions. Worst part is knowing the industry is going down and still loving what you do.
Pros
Benefits and the people you work with
Cons
Industry market is down now

General worker (Former Employee) - Cape town
It's a good company to work for , it has its ups and downs. But it's still a good option to go for when one is looking for employment. It would help if there was a quarterly assessment or review to train managers on how to deal with people though.
Pros
Incentive
Cons
Long hours
