Good exposure to different kind of projects, including large projects.
Designer roads geometry, stormwater, infrastructur (Former Employee) - Bedfordview, Gauteng - 24 September 2019
Typical day at work would consist mainly of design work.
Through experience I have learned to become a more accomplished designer.
Management is well structured which a clear hierarchy tree.
Workplace culture is good.
The hardest part of the job was sometimes the lack of progress. That was the reason why I left in 2007. I soon obtained my professional registration afterwards and got more project management experience. However, the grass was not always greener on the other side.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the exposure to the bigger projects.
