Favouritism

This company is all about who you know and hang out. So choose wisely and the salary is bad and no overtime paid. Long hours in control room and good software

The interview was grateful was not defferant to the other companies I worked for

I would like to work for the company to take my career forward to this industry my availability asap in 5 year period I want to see myself to the next levels such as a manager of this company with my positive attitude in the business lead by an example to the guards.

Good working environment

I loved working for Xone. The working hours was to much but I enjoyed working at Xone. The salary could have been more. They should get some more benefits as well

Good an Productive

Open emails. Prioritize between emails. Answer urgent emails immediately. Do admin work for three hours. go and see different clients. To be professional in my work. Good work place culture. Admin work is the hardest part. Seeing clients

Excellent Client Service Provider

A typical day at work, for me..will be when we meetings almost the whole day...and being at the frontal point, I need to take care of the Clients entering our offices...ffer them something to drink and let excellence shines.I have learned quite a lot, being at the Company now for two years. I started here as a Control Room Operator at a beautiful Estate in the Boland Area, Stellenbosh.From there, I was then positioned at the Head Office - at out main Command Centre - the heart of our operation.And it has not long, in the mentioned position, I was then moved to Reception, and also assist as an Administrator.Management is attention to detail and will always provide satisfactory service to our Clients.The hardest part of my job, was when I was also appointed to take over the Fleet administration, but I have learned again quite a lot and do so, everyday.I enjoy everything that I am doing at current moment - but most enjoyable part is, on my Fleet inspection operation. It is very interesting.
