VACANCY: Emergency Response Call Centre Operator

About the Role:

As an Aid Call 24/7 Operator, you will play a vital role in providing essential support services during home accidents or medical emergencies. Acting as the crucial link between the customer, ER24, and their emergency contacts, you will ensure efficient communication and coordination to facilitate swift assistance. Your responsibilities will include call handling, technical support, administrative tasks, and device maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our call centre. We require a Reliever Response operator who is able to work both day and night shift, sometimes at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating the Emergency Response Desk

2. Capturing Data accurately

3. Conducting Daily Administrative Tasks

4. Providing Relief Support during specified shifts

5. Offering Technical Assistance to clients

6. Initiating Daily Courtesy and Test Calls to clients

Minimum Requirements:

· Professional Telephone Etiquette

· Computer Literacy: Basic MS Office applications

· Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

· Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Candidates residing in the Parklands/Table View area will be given preference for logistical convenience.

· Transportation: Own vehicle required

· Salary Range: R9,500-R12,000 per month

PLEASE NOTE !!. We are situated in Parklands North, 55 Columbus Crescent. Please ensure you have double check whether you are able to travel to this location daily, before applying.

Experience:

All we require, is a strong personality, good communication skills and a outgoing lively person. The rest we can teach you. Those with call centre, telephone experience will get preference.

Shift Availability:

Day and Night shift, a maximum of 4 days consecutively. Shifts is from 6 to 6.

Shifts as per scheduled roster which include weekends and public holidays

Expected Start Date:

Immediate/As soon as possible
