A premium interiors group is introducing a new position within its Client Experience team.

The role is designed for someone who understands that the first interaction with a client sets the tone for everything that follows.

This is not a receptionist position.

It is also not a sales role.

The Concierge Coordinator will manage and nurture incoming enquiries, understand each client’s project requirements and timelines, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate appointments and ensure every prospective client feels acknowledged, informed and properly looked after.

The successful candidate will support the Client Experience Manager and play an important role across the early stages of the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries from exhibitions, websites, referrals and marketing campaigns
• Follow up professionally with prospective clients
• Understand project requirements, timelines and next steps
• Maintain accurate and complete CRM records
• Coordinate appointments and showroom visits
• Support ongoing lead-nurture activity
• Welcome clients into a premium showroom environment
• Conduct basic showroom walkthroughs when required
• Ensure clean handovers to the relevant internal teams
• Assist the Client Experience Manager with broader client-service initiatives
• Protect the quality and consistency of every client interaction

Relevant experience

Experience in one or more of the following environments would be advantageous:

• Luxury retail
• Hospitality
• Premium property
• Interior design
• High-end automotive
• Private banking
• Wellness or spa environments
• Other premium client-facing businesses

Strong administrative ability and practical CRM experience are important.

Growth potential

This position offers meaningful progression and is intended to develop into a second-in-command role within the Client Experience department.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
