Objectives of this Role
- Coordinate the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Manage Jira tasks and drive/track task progress with follow-up and feedback in weekly meetings
- Actively take part in marketing campaigns - organising meetings and coordinating project plans
- Brand ambassador management including effective communication from contracts/agreements and kit allocations to following up on performance and measuring deliverables/KPI’s
- Events management and activation assistance – Branding, prizes and administrative elements surrounding events
- Copywriting – Newsletters, Social media content, Print media, campaign copy and website campaign landing pages
- Brand activations – responsible for project management surrounding activations, events, community involvement activities and expos
- Support the marketing team and activities – shoot planning and preparation, marketing payments, customer support
- Support the brand manager with the development and execution of our marketing and branding strategies
- Conduct market research, analysing forecasts and performing competitive analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field,
- Ability to write persuasive content and create engaging messaging for a variety of audiences across multiple digital channels, with excellent attention to detail,
- Experience in digital communications, marketing, or event planning,
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a proactive approach,
- Excellent copywriting skills in English
- Skilled in project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Trello etc
- Active participant in activities such as cycling, running and hiking
