Already calling on pharmacies?

If you’re an experienced pharmaceutical or pharmacy sales representative, you can earn additional commission by introducing Talent Match to pharmacy owners during your existing customer visits.

This is not a full-time position and does not require you to leave your current employer. It is an opportunity to generate additional income by identifying pharmacies that are recruiting pharmacy staff and introducing them to Talent Match.

You won’t be expected to recruit candidates or manage the recruitment process—we do that.

Your role

During your normal pharmacy visits you will:

• Ask pharmacy owners or managers whether they are recruiting pharmacy staff.
• Briefly introduce Talent Match.
• Leave an information sheet.
• Get a brief vacancy brief
• Obtain permission for Talent Match to contact the owner.
• Submit the lead to us.

From there, Talent Match will manage the entire recruitment process, including discussing the vacancy, candidate sourcing, behavioural assessment, interviews and placement.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience calling on pharmacies.
• Existing pharmacy customer base.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Confident communicating with pharmacy owners and decision-makers.
• Professional, reliable and self-motivated.
• Own transport.

Commission

• R3,000 for every successful placement resulting from a pharmacy you introduced.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
