What You Bring to the Table:

• 7+ years crushing it in tax technology, product ops, or senior tax analysis – ideally assessing and launching new products in new markets
• Killer technical skills — from tax logic systems and APIs to automation tools
• Proven talent for translating tax rules into workflows, specs, and razor-sharp logic
• Rockstar research and documentation skills
• Curious, organized, and collaborative — you see projects through to epic completion

Bonus Points If You Know:

• Payroll automation, tax/HR tech, or SaaS platforms inside and out
• Tools like Notion, Jira, Postman, or tax engines like the back of your hand
• South African, Canadian, or US PIT/compliance frameworks
• API docs, Excel logic wizardry, or basic JSON/XML formats

What You’ll Own:

• Drive the design, testing, and rollout of tax automation tools and smart logic
• Research compliance and tax requirements for exciting new market expansions
• Craft crystal-clear documentation, playbooks, and spec sheets that empower teams
• Bridge the gap between product, engineering, and tax with actionable insights
• Lead API testing, QA, and tech validations that keep innovation bulletproof
• Partner directly with brilliant, supportive leaders who champion innovation
