We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing in-house creative and digital team while working closely with the CEO to scale lead generation, elevate the brand, and drive measurable marketing performance.

This is not a “sit back and delegate” kind of role. You’ll be deeply involved in campaigns, performance optimisation, creative direction, team leadership, and marketing execution across multiple channels. The Role:

  • In-Office | Johannesburg
  • Full-Time | Marketing & Growth
  • Focus: Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Team Leadership
  • Monday–Friday (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM)

What You’ll Be Trusted With:

  • Leading and mentoring a talented in-house marketing team across digital, design, social media, video, and web
  • Translating company goals into clear, high-performing marketing strategies
  • Working directly with the CEO to align marketing execution with business growth objectives
  • Driving multi-channel lead generation campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Monitoring KPIs, campaign performance, acquisition costs, and ROI across all marketing efforts
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance when campaigns, launches, or deadlines demand it
  • Overseeing creative direction for video, social, paid ads, and brand campaigns
  • Managing landing pages, website updates, and conversion-focused digital experiences
  • Reviewing and optimising paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Overseeing content calendars, engagement strategies, and brand consistency across all platforms
  • Managing marketing budgets, software tools, paid media spend, and vendor relationships
  • Consolidating reporting and performance insights into actionable recommendations for leadership

You’ll Love This Role If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in marketing management with strong digital and lead generation expertise
  • Know how to build, execute, and optimise campaigns that generate quality leads at scale
  • Have experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing or creative teams
  • Thrive in high-accountability, fast-moving environments where ownership matters
  • Are both strategic and hands-on—you can lead the vision and jump into execution when needed
  • Understand marketing analytics, paid media performance, and conversion-focused marketing
  • Communicate confidently and know how to motivate teams toward results

Extra Credit If You Have:

  • Strong SEO and organic growth experience
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and CRO
  • A proven track record of lowering acquisition costs while scaling lead volume
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets across multiple channels
