In this role, you'll utilise your proven relationship-building expertise to maximise conversion opportunities. Your ability to engage potential clients, address initial questions, and successfully schedule appointments is essential. You'll be creating the pipeline that feeds our experienced valuation team, with the primary objective of turning conversations into qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via phone and WhatsApp
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients quickly
• Qualify leads based on established criteria
• Schedule appointments for our sales team efficiently
• Handle new leads promptly and ensure systematic follow-ups
• Manage our CRM to maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Create accurate quote estimates with support from team experts
• Coordinate client appointments and payment processes
• Handle documentation and post-meeting follow-ups including review requests
• Represent GoldTrust professionally in all client interactions

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales development or customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented and systems-focused approach to work
• Technical proficiency, familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Professional and confident demeanor
• Team player who adds significant value

• Available to work in the Johannesburg area
