Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Job description:
- Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI's
- Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services
- Motivate and guide the team during shifts
- Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties
- Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts
- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, 1-3 years
- Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset
- Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Matric (Grade 12)
