What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities nationally
  • Cold calling and prospecting daily
  • Generating and qualifying leads
  • Conducting outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Setting up and attending face-to-face client meetings
  • Presenting ITAD, e-waste recycling, and data destruction solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed agreement
  • Managing key accounts and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Preparing sales reports and pipeline updates using Excel and CRM systems
  • Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements
  • Representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience within the ITAD, e-waste, recycling, IT services, or related technology industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business development and cold-calling experience
  • Experience dealing with corporate decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Ability to secure and conduct in-person client meetings
  • Key account management experience
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong administrative and reporting abilities
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable working after hours when required to meet client needs or attend networking events
