Key Responsibilities
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Support the daily operations of the store.
Motivate and encourage staff to achieve daily sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales activities.
Assist with merchandising, stock control, pricing, folding, packing, and unpacking of stock.
Implement and maintain loss prevention and stock control procedures.
Handle stock transfers and related operational duties as required.
Support the management team and take responsibility for store operations in their absence when required
Requirements
Previous retail experience will be advantageous.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Computer literate with good administrative skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
Ability to lead and motivate staff in the absence of management.
Flexible and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
