Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to provide efficient administrative support. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of handling data, reports, and general office administration accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data capturing
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Use Excel formulas (e.g. SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables)
- Capture and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare reports, invoices, and administrative documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Assist with scheduling, record keeping, and office coordination
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Support management and other departments with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Clerk or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of Excel formulas and functions
- Good numerical and data-capturing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
