Full job description

We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of three internal brands: Computer Mania, Reboot, and GoMaxx.

This is not a narrow “social media only” role. We need someone who understands modern digital marketing holistically - from content and brand storytelling to paid media, SEO, email marketing, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer: someone who can think creatively, move quickly, stay organised across multiple brands, and produce work that actually drives engagement, traffic, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day digital marketing activities for all three brands
  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and automated journeys
  • Assist in building thought leadership content for executives and brand channels
  • Create or coordinate digital design assets for social media, email, web, and paid campaigns
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok where relevant
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights
  • Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimisation, keyword research, metadata, and content recommendations
  • Work with internal teams to align campaigns with promotions, launches, and business goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign and channel performance
  • Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy
  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Ability to write compelling copy for different audiences and platforms
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer tech, or gaming brands is advantageous
  • Basic design capability is highly beneficial

Pay: R25 000,00 - R32 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
