We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of three internal brands: Computer Mania, Reboot, and GoMaxx.
This is not a narrow “social media only” role. We need someone who understands modern digital marketing holistically - from content and brand storytelling to paid media, SEO, email marketing, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer: someone who can think creatively, move quickly, stay organised across multiple brands, and produce work that actually drives engagement, traffic, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day digital marketing activities for all three brands
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and automated journeys
- Assist in building thought leadership content for executives and brand channels
- Create or coordinate digital design assets for social media, email, web, and paid campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok where relevant
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights
- Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimisation, keyword research, metadata, and content recommendations
- Work with internal teams to align campaigns with promotions, launches, and business goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign and channel performance
- Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Ability to write compelling copy for different audiences and platforms
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer tech, or gaming brands is advantageous
- Basic design capability is highly beneficial

Pay: R25 000,00 - R32 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
