Full job description

Aldo is looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Supervisor to support store operations and lead our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and accountability.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to customer service standards and company values
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure all cash handling, banking, and procedures are followed accurately
  • Drive Upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge to maximize revenue
  • Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning when required.

Requirements & Skills;

  • Minimum 3 years retail experience (essential)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous)
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
  • High level of energy, confidence, and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Matric - essential
